Home Page Guild Commended Framer Mouldings Mounts Location About Us Gallery Framing I am a Wyoming native, married. My wife Brenda is a Chemo nurse, we have 15 grandchildren. I have been taking pictures since my teenage years. My gallery at Local Color in Rock Springs, Wyoming has been open since 2001. With over 400 framed Wyoming photos on display it is the largest in the state. Since the gallery opening I have been published over 150 times and have been recognized in local, state, national. and international photo contests.
Family first, my photography addiction second. I have been blessed to live in a state that has so many photo oportunities. The Red Desert, wide open spaces and wild horses are 10 minutes away for me. The Wind River Mountain Range with thousands of lakes and granite peaks are only 1-2 hours away. The first tip to a good photograph is that you have to be in the right place at the right time for a great photograph. Leaving the house at 3 A.M. hoping to catch a sunrise is common practice. Walking back to your camp well after dark shooting until the last light of a sunset is an adventure within itself.
